Wonder Nation winter Icestorm Boot Boys Youth size 2 (these fit girls just as well if not better)
From the research I've done these are supposed to be waterproof, windproof and similar to a slightly more expensive name brand... all the reviews I've seen online have been good. unfortunately neither of the pairs in my closet fit my kids so I'm hoping somebody else could use them.
They have removable insoles and pull cords at the top (My favorite part)
