• Coverage: It is recommended that the distance between the gateway and the smart lock be no more than 32 feet (10 meters), otherwise the connectivity of the gateway will be affected. Please note that when adding a gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. (Only 2.4Ghz network can be connected)
