I don’t think that this is factory sealed, there are a few things about it that don’t seem right.
It’s sealed differently than my other sealed 360 games. The artwork on front and back is of a lower print quality. On the top of the spine I can see another piece of cardboard poking out behind the art. The case is also a slightly darker color than most Xbox 360 games.
I can hear a disc and manual inside.
My guess is that it was recased/resealed from a new copy. Like how GameStop use to display game cases for new games.
For these reasons I’ll list it for half the usual sealed price.
