This oval milk glass piece is a Westmoreland Glass Company Split Handle Basket with their "Roses and Bows" hand-painted detail. The piece has a built in pedestal with scalloped edges. It also features the company's distinctive Paneled Grape embossed pattern - interesting to note that Westmoreland is located in Grapeville, Pennsylvania. This pattern was discontinued in 1980.
Lake New Condition: no chips, cracks or other signs of use.
Measurements: 6 1/2" long, 4 1/4" at widest point, 4 1/2" from top of split handle to base
