I believe this is a very old and rare Disney fun club item, featuring Pinocchio. It looks like a fanny pack, but is quite small. Maybe for a child or more of a wristlet. I haven't been able to pinpoint the age but it was sold with other very old collectables. There are no major flaws, but it does appear old and has expected wear.
