1994. Complete EXCEPT for one of the flags on top. I forgot to take the car *out* of the set's garage to photograph, but I'll gladly do so for proof if you'd like. Please note the pencil marks in the 3rd and 4th picture - I'll try to remove before shipping but I didn't realize until I started posting these lol. Aside from the pencil, this set is in good condition. I assume the lights still work, but would need a new battery to test. I loved this thing haha.
