Bold and beautiful but mini vintage brooch featuring vivid jade-green glass cabochons arranged in a dimensional mid-century cluster design. I love the spiky arms reaching up around the central stone! The stones range in size and are prong-set in a textured gold-tone metal frame, giving the piece depth, sparkle, and strong visual impact. The color is somewhere between the two different colors shown, with the border stones looking lighter green due to how they shine in the light. Marked "Austria" on back and probably dates to the 1950s1960s, reflecting the sculptural, organic styling popular in mid-century costume jewelry.
