For your consideration is this vintage earthenware creamer produced by Blue Ridge Southern Potteries of Erwin, Tennessee. In 1947, the company produced a line of china hand decorated with a native Ivy motif to be given away as Hostess Gifts from Stanley Home Products. The name of this pattern was hence called Stanhome Ivy. This piece measures 3.7 inches in diameter x 3.3 inches high and was fashioned in the post-war ball jar shape popular during that time. Condition: Item has what appears to be two very tiny glazing defects on the spout, but may be fleabites. Was unable to distinguish under magnifying glass. The bottom has a chip on the rim. Item has been steam cleaned.
