Romantic square boudoir pillow featuring a fully handmade outer lace cover with intricate floral and geometric panels over a soft champagne cotton base. Finished with scalloped lace ruffle edging and ribbon-tie detailing. Includes its original inner insert, constructed with an outer cotton shell and hand whip-stitched closure along one side, enclosing cotton batting wrapped in an early cotton tissue layer—consistent with period handmade construction. Unbranded, with no factory labels, and beautifully aged with a soft, natural patina appropriate to early-to-mid 20th-century textile work.
