this is a pre owned item. Both lights are working. Through time the glue on the light bulb covers has come off but the lights are still useable you just screw the cover back on. Both sockets work. Both lights are missing the nut to screw onto the tripod but they can still be attached as shows in the photos. Sometimes the bulb contact is a little off you just unscrew and screw the bulb back in
