Takara's adorable second-generation vintage Licca-chan mom, 24cm, with original dress

This is the mother of the second generation Licca-chan doll made by Takara, which my daughter used to play with.
I believe it's from the 1980s? I don't know much about dolls, so please forgive me if I'm mistaken.

[Body] Height: 24cm
Overall, there are no noticeable scratches, but there is a crack of about 2cm on the abdomen.
The face has some hand smudges from my daughter playing with it, and the eyelashes are thin.

The body can move its neck, legs, waist, and arms.
I think the condition is not too bad, except for some parts.
The dress has stains and deterioration due to aging.
