This is a reversible sukajan (souvenir jacket).
It features a lavish design with a turtle, snake, white tiger, dragon, and phoenix. The reverse side has a design of Kannon (the Bodhisattva of Compassion).
There are some minor snags on the red-faced sleeves, and the black side, which was mostly worn on the inside, appears to have some pilling when viewed closely. Please check the photos.
There is no tag, so the size is unknown, but it's a sukajan that I wore when I was a women's M to L size. I have broad shoulders.

Length 60cm, Shoulder width 48cm, Chest width 53cm, Sleeve length 58cm, Yuke length 86cm.
