The second installment of the compilation series "SLIME LANGUAGE" from Young Stoner Life Records, the label led by Young Thug, a leading figure in Atlanta, Georgia, now a mecca for contemporary US hip-hop, was released on April 16, 2021, after a three-year hiatus.
This album includes the deluxe version, which was released shortly after and runs for 98 minutes. The color of the record surface and the color of the jacket logo design differ from the standard two-LP set, and it is currently a sold-out item.
In addition to Young Thug and GUNNA, a rising star, the album features a diverse range of young artists from the label, including YTBTrench, Young Kayo, Strick, Yaku Gotti, Lil Duke, and Karlae, as well as a super luxurious lineup of featured artists such as Travis Scott, Future, Lil Baby, Lil Uzi Vert, DaBaby, Kid Cudi, and Skepta.
By the way, "Slime" is a slang term popularized by Young Thug, meaning old friends and close companions.
