Biztosan lehet vele tornázni, de elsősorban ülésre való. Én terhesen használtam, a kilencedik hónapban is, pedig nem voltam kicsi. 300 kg a teherbírása 😉 Gerinc- és ágyék kímélő, kényelmes labda, kifejezetten jó volt ezen ülni bármi más helyett. A képeken látható kitámasztóival stabil marad és nem gurul ki alólad. Burst resistant vagyis kidurranás elleni védelemmel működik, ha kifejezetten éles dologra kerülne, akkor csak lassan és fokozatosan enged le, nem durran ki. Pótszeleppel, dobozában postázom.
