This is a silver ring I bought overseas a long time ago.
It has a design that looks like a rolled-up measuring tape, which is quite interesting. The length is approximate, so I don't think it can be used for actual measuring.
It has a 925 stamp. The size is between size 17 and 18.
Basically, anything not mentioned in the description is unknown.
