It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with no stains, but it seems like the previous owner got the arms shortened (either by themselves or professionally). The part where it is at the end of the arm is overlapping and it seems like it is done by themselves. It is not looking bad, to be honest and I don't think it is that noticeable. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
