This variety is suitable for fresh consumption and can also be processed into dried persimmons. When firm, the fruit can be deastringed to achieve a sweet and crisp texture. Once softened, it becomes low in fiber, highly juicy, and richly sweet. With a sugar content of 20%, it is of premium quality and widely appreciated.
