This is a rare collectable Eleven Stranger Things Pin. This was from the Stranger Things Drive through experience that happened in Los Angeles in 2020. These were part of a blind bag , so package opened, but you get the bag and the pin. These were highly collectable during the Pandemic and not sold after the Drive though experience.
