Fruitful tree where you can eat the fruit or the paddles. Selling as cheap as possible to grow and start your cacti garden/ edible garden. Not only are the fruits edible, you can cut the paddles and sauté them up as a side vegetable. They are also, turtle, tortoise, deer, rabbit and other wildlife friendly but they won't eat all your goodies! Grows in 9a-11b to 20 degrees at this time and I have realized with this past drought, they do need watering if drought or Optunia Nopales will not bear large fruit. I had not been for years and it flowered and had tiny fruit but this year after the drought I finally saw fruit and did research and that is why. It is not as established as my Peruvians. Will send growing instructions!
