This firefighter ladder car is incomplete. Missing is the inner part of the ladder and the firefighter on the front. You turn the crank, and the ladder will move up and down. The metal ladder and wheels do have some rust on them. The red light on the back has not been tested for functionality. the wheels and other moving parts do seem to be working as they should. {See photos}
