Pink shoulder bag

I have my phone in a folio case. I bought this bag because there was an image showing a phone fitting vertically, but the top of my phone sticks out and I can't close the bag. It didn't meet my expectations because it was smaller than I thought. It also feels like the cute shape doesn't have much height on the sides. The design is cute, but the one I received had dirt and scratches. I contacted the shop, and they responded quickly. I gave it three stars because of the condition upon arrival, the fact that it didn't meet my needs, and that my phone doesn't fit.
