This is the second collection of setting materials distributed at Comiket by Atsushi Nishigori, the animator who handled the character design for the anime "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt."
I purchased this at the summer Comiket in 2011.
It contains a wealth of material, including setting materials, concept art, rough sketches, storyboards, and original drawings of the main characters, sub-characters, ghosts, and Daten City, making it a very rare book.
