This was bought for my personal use originally. It does have smocking in the back for a more comfortable fit. This romper does not have any flaws. I am only selling because it is a little too short for myself. I did try it on once, and I can tell you it was very comfortable on.
Armpit to armpit is about 17.5 inches and pulls to a max of about 21.5 inches. There is little to no give in the fabric. The allowance is only because of the back smocking.
The waist is about 16.25 inches and pulls to a max of about 17.5 inches. There is little to no give here.
Length from armpit to hem is about 25 inches.
Length from the top of the strap to the hem is about 33.5 inches.
The inseam on the shorts is about 2.5 inches.
