NWOT Torrid midi clip dot chiffon tiered dress burgundy stars 1X ruffle

Gorgeous midi clip dot chiffon tiered dress from torrid in size 1 (1X) in a beautiful burgundy wine color and in new without tags condition. Clip dot stars cover the outer layer of the dress. Solid inner layer. Both polyester and both burgundy. The outer layer is a light chiffon see-through material which does not have stretch. The dress is lined (aside from sleeves) in the same burgundy color, in a heavier polyester that does have stretch. Elastic empire waist. Long bishop sleeves with elastic cuffs. Pockets on each side. Dress flares out from the waist and hits at about mid-shin. The skirt has ruffle tiers. Keyhole opening in the back neck with button closure at top. Smoke-free and pet free home. In like new condition- has never been worn.
Armpit across measures about 23.5 inches. waist across measures about 19.5 inches and stretches to 22. Hips across are about 29 inches. From top of shoulder to bottom hem is about 46 inches. Sleeve length from armpit to cuff is about 17 inches.
