Judging by the fabric and the tags, these look like they were never actually issued or fielded. The colors are still vibrant and the fabric is crisp with no fading or wear that you usually see on surplus gear. It's a great example of the Kiwi DPM pattern from the turn of the millennium.
If you are looking for a set that isn't beaten up or faded out, this is the one.
