10” Mega Lucario plush, exclusively available in Japan. This was from the Ichiban Kuji (Japanese lottery) focused on Mega Evolutions they did for the release of Legends ZA. It was never available for retail, only by winning in Japan. The Lucario plush was difficult to obtain as the “Last One” prize meaning you only won it by buying the last ticket available to the lottery, making it a rare collectors item!
This item is brand new, still sealed in original package with tag attached. From Bandai Banpresto Namco.
