This product is a MARLEN Continenti America Red, M (Medium nib).
Marlen is an Italian brand founded around the same time as Delta.
It has characteristics typical of Italian brands, such as distinctive and flashy designs, unique resin usage, and sterling silver engraving. However, I believe Marlen differs from other Italian brands in that it offers a sense of handcraftsmanship.
This model, Continenti, is a limited edition model based on the continents of the world, and America uses red, white, and transparent resin. By combining and cutting these resins, and then polishing them, a unique and beautiful barrel is created that is not found in other brands.
The clip is a roller clip, typical of Italian brands, designed to prevent damage to the fabric when placed in a pocket.
Ink is supplied by removing the end of the barrel. This model has a built-in converter (cannot be removed). Because the resin used in the barrel is translucent, you can check the ink level from there (although it's difficult to see).

Marlen fountain pens are currently difficult to obtain, and this model is a limited production, making it very rare.
