New with tags, excellent condition. There is some staining on the inside of the lining. I purchased it new with tags from a high end consignment shop, and have not worn it, so I'm not sure what the stains are from. However, this can not be seen from the outside. It is absolutely stunning. The last photo is not of the exact dress, but a very similar fit and style from Marchesa.
