LeSportsac pouch with key, shoulder bag

This is a LeSportsac bag purchased at a department store.
It's from quite a while ago, but it's only been used about 10 times.

It has pockets inside (2, large and small).
There's a wire-like material running around the entire bag, making it quite sturdy.

The zipper hardware and key show some slight dullness. There is some light soiling on the handles and front of the bag (photos 3 and 4), but otherwise, there are no noticeable scratches, and the bottom and corners of the bag are clean.
