This is a Lands' End women's brand size small which is recommended per the tag to fit size 6-8, but it can work for up to size 10, as Lands End does "vanity sizing." I wore this jacket as a standard size 8-10 very comfortably.

This jacket has a zipper, but also four buttons down the front, there are two buttons on each cuff as well as buttons on the pockets. There is a removable hood, which can also be narrowed via toggles for inclement weather.

Listing jacket as Fair although it is in Good condition, simply because I did wear it for a few seasons and I feel Fair condition is "fair" given that its been worn. Clean. Holds up well!
