The Tuck 20 is excellent, 3-season mummy bag, especially for the price, but I miss the old-school mummy bags that had a 100% draw-string opening. Bags that would lay flat and NOT cover your head. A mummy bag that you could actually relax in without feeling like you were ALWAYS trapped inside a cocoon. Hopefully that old style of bag will make a return one day, because it's not always freezing out, and I don't always want to sleep while I'm chillin' in my bag.
The bag is insulated with Kelty’s ThermaPro Ultra synthetic insulation, which is specially engineered to retain warmth and provide superior packability compared to other synthetic insulation blends on the market. It is easy to care for and maintains its high loft, softness and insulating properties over time. Unlike down, this fill retains most of its insulating capabilities even when wet, making the bag a good choice for overnight adventures in dry or wet conditions.
