It has been used, but there is no damage and the condition is fairly good.
Plates/soft armor etc. are not included.
I cleaned it with detergent etc. before listing it.
Description:
High Ground Plate Carrier-HGPC
Medium size plate carrier, can hold ESAPI plates up to L size. Unlike other carriers, there are holes on the front and back of the carrier body to pass the radio cord through. The included cummerbund is made of nylon mesh material, contributing to weight reduction and breathability. The length can be easily adjusted with shock cords. The carrier can be used alone with the sewn-in waist harness by removing the cummerbund. The inside of the carrier body is also made of mesh material to prevent stuffiness. A MAP case is included inside the front carrier. Velcro is attached to the chest for attaching patches. Detachable fast-tex for attaching a chest rig is included. Optional pouches (sold separately) can be attached to the kangaroo pocket on the abdomen.
