Hello Kitty Sanrio Ballpoint Pen

This is a Sanrio ballpoint pen with a Hello Kitty mascot attached.

I haven't used it since I purchased it, but there are some minor scratches, dust, and dirt due to long-term storage. The ribbon part, in particular, is a bit dirty.

Since it's a brand new, unused item, the plastic that protects the tip of the pen is still on it; however, I removed it once to check the ink condition.
