Hallmark vintage paper doll playhouse

Vintage Hallmark fold out playhouse greeting card. From the 1960's. In remarkably good conditon for being 55+ years old, but still has wear on it. Playhouse is on a metal spiral and folds out to different rooms in the house. Sadly, the "people" who came with are long gone. Since this was orignally a greeting card to a child, it is signed from "Sister Sam" on the last page, bedroom. Vivian Smith did the artwork, drawings on this card, and this very unique card that is more than a half century old was priced at $1.00 !! Too fragile for child to play with nowadays, but I am guesssing a collector would like to own this. Comes from a clean, smoke and pet free home.
