The holy grail of extreme horror collecting, the Unearthed release of Guinea Pig with poster and shirt. Numbered 1481/3000 (I think, sharpie is wearing off). Here are the major condition issues
General shelf wear and dings on the box
Some dirtiness and discoloration on the inside of the box
The poster is damaged along its left side (definitely saveable though if you're into restoration)
1" split on the spine of Volume 8
All the discs are in great shape and the shirt has been worn a few times but has no condition issues.
