This is a natural (genuine) unheated 2.8 ctw Pink Spinel cross pendant necklace. The Spinel is set in Sterling Silver 0.925. The Sterling Silver chain is 19” and has a lobster claw clasp. The pendant itself is 1 1/2” long from the bail, and 1” wide.

Spinel is a bright gemstone and flashes in natural light or sunlight. A natural Spinel is rarer than Diamonds of any color, Sapphires, or Rubies. Out of the large variety of colors Spinel comes in, pink is the third rarest. Pink and red Spinel are often confused for Rubies.
Both the chain and the pendant are new without tags. I purchased this cross on Etsy and the chain on JTV.
