Given out as a fair prize at those traveling fairs, this was won at Yonkers Raceway in the early 80's
Print is 6" x 6" and in the same condition as when it was won, no chips or cracks at all guaranteed
The frame has wear onnthe back from hanging and on the sides where some paint touched it decades ago.
It might be able to be stripped, or it could easily be painted over...or just replaced.
