This is a model featuring a monochrome 14K nib, primarily from the generation manufactured in the 1980s. Unlike the current bi-color nibs, it boasts a unique flexibility and soft writing feel, with a sensation that naturally follows the pressure applied, a characteristic of vintage 146s. The feed is made of ebonite, providing stable ink flow and is highly regarded for its practicality.
The 146, within the Meisterstück series, is not as large as the 149, yet has a more substantial presence than the 144 or 145. It offers excellent balance and is a versatile model suitable for everyday use and business applications.
The nib width is EF (Extra Fine).
It prevents fine characters from blurring, making it highly suitable for writing in planners, notebooks, and detailed writing. Despite being extra fine, the ink flow is good, providing a smooth writing experience without being scratchy.
There are few scratches, and there are no cracks, chips, or malfunctions, nor is there any engraved name. It is in "beautiful" condition, in very good shape for a vintage piece.
