This limited edition polish was created for October 2023’s Grunge themed Polish Pickup and was one of the most popular polishes sold at PPU during the month of October.
For this grungey polish, Meagan was inspired by The Crow, specifically the iconic red almost black lips of Eric Draven.
“It Can't Rain all the Time” is a very dark red almost black base with blue to violet shimmer.
