Large-scale hand-blown art glass centerpiece bowl by renowned California artist Caleb Siemon. This piece is part of Siemon’s early independent production, created shortly after his return from a prestigious apprenticeship under master Pino Signoretto in Murano, Italy.
Design & Technique
• Series: Banded / Lagoon Series
• Technique: Muranese Sommerso (cased glass). This bowl features thick, heavy lead-free crystal with undulating bands of deep teal, lime green, and smoky aqua.
• Aesthetic: A perfect fusion of Venetian technical complexity and the minimalist restraint of Scandinavian design.
• Scale: This is a substantial "Centerpiece" bowl, measuring 11” x 11” x 3.5”, much larger and more significant than the common 6-8 inch studio vessels.
