Original box is included. This is a great starter set in overall good (not perfect) condition. I have just moved to a different theme for my village.

See pictures for condition. I have highlighted one small chip on the corner of the toy shop building (actually looks like snow but it is a chip), scuff marks on the bottom where the light is inserted in the back, snd scuff marks on the bottom.. There is also a small chip on the figurine with the boy pulling the wagon. I inspected them and did not see any other damage but it’s possible there are other very small chips or scuffs. No cracks. Nothing is noticeable when it is set up especially if you use artificial snow or a white cloth underneath..
