Dell Vostro 15 5100 15.6-inch, Windows 11, with a defect

Windows 11 Home 15.6-inch DELL Vostro 15 5100 laptop.

The battery was removed when in use, so it can be charged to 100%. Battery is at 100%. However, please understand that this is a consumable item.
LibreOffice is installed.

There is a problem: the built-in keyboard does not respond. The touchpad works normally. Therefore, I have been using it paired with a Sanwa SKB-BT22BK keyboard. The size is the same as the original.
The @ mark is missing on the Sanwa keyboard as well.
It is connected via Bluetooth, so you can work away from the computer.
Of course, I will also include the charging cords for the computer and keyboard.
