This standard zoom lens for film cameras was released around 1988. Compared to L lenses, it's lightweight and compact, and also supports macro photography. I believe it's a lens that can still produce photos with excellent color rendition even when used with current digital cameras.
The exterior is in good condition with no noticeable scratches. The optics are free of mold and fogging, but there is some dust inside, which does not affect the image quality.
Zoom operation, autofocus, aperture, and other functions are all in good working order. Photos 12 and 13 are sample images taken with this lens on a full-frame DSLR.
It can be used with both full-frame and APS-C EOS camera bodies.
Included accessories are a protective filter and lens caps (F, R).
