All three Cabbage Patch Kids are included. I purchased the dolls from a doll collector. I have bargain priced the dolls it's like buy one get three. Two of the Cabbage Patch kids have dimples and can take a pacifier. I have washed all three of the dolls. But they could use a little more work on them One Cabbage Patch kid has brown eyes and one has blue eyes. The doll with the brown eyes has a little damage on his right eye. He also has a couple of snags on his back The other type of Cabbage Patch kids has a mark on the side of his head
