This is a Bob Mackie Barbie.
It's a Barbie from a time when the craftsmanship was incredibly luxurious.
The dress, body, shoes, and hand-held fur are all original.
She has a very beautiful face.
Her hairline is a widow's peak.
The white dress has no discoloration.
The dress isn't designed to be removable, but the back, down to the buttocks, is hand-stitched. It was likely put on like pants and then hand-sewn closed.
Therefore, it seems possible to remove the thread in that area and alter it to be removable with buttons or hooks.
The original box is not included.
She was stored carefully in a different box.
I am selling her to organize my collection.
