Black Dog Wear Training Collar

Training Collars were Black Dog's first ever product. They were designed for training without the harshness and pain of a chain choker. Nowadays, the training collar is generally used more as a security collar because of the non-slip security of a martingale design - the design helps prevent dogs slipping out of their collar.

Careful consideration to design of the collar, components and choice of materials in relation to the size of dog, has enabled Black Dog Wear to produce a highly effective Training Collar that is robust and looks great.

Recommend use with a lead NOT longer than 3 metres at the most due to proximity to be able to train and correct your dog

The way we measure the collars also changed, now we measure the collar with the tightening loop fully extended, so it more clearly matches a neck size on a dog

XSmall: 24cm to 35cm. 12mm wide.

Small: 29cm to 39cm. 20mm wide.

Medium: 35cm to 43cm. 20mm wide.

Large: 40cm to 52cm. 20mm wide.

XLarge: 50cm to 66cm. 25mm wide.
