... direction of gravity pull, after about 200 years the glass will melt from one side of the glass to the other will have thin sides and thick sides as does this one, you can see some inner lines off glass that tear up the seam of this glass and almost present an almost heart shaped stage to this relic of a bottle, I can forsurley say this bottle could date anywhere from 1840 to 1880, this site officially got started in the 1840s according to one digger, and I can say I have seen the date of 1842 on a bottom break from a green piece of bottle . My lucky bro found that with bemusment on his first dig out with me. Officially this site ended in the 1920s, and about 70% to 75% percent of dates that iv seen on coin or bottles has been between 1900 and 1915, and surprisingly to my estomishment, iv seen one date of 1944 on a China cup and positively dated one bottle by its brand name to the 1940s, its the green pilmer bottle, it's listed some many posts back still available
