Very nice antique book, by Phillips Brooks, titled Addresses. It is undated, but I do know that Pastor Phillips Brooks died in 1893. He was a rather big deal as a clergyman, so this book could have been printed after his death, in the early 1900's or while he was still alive in the late 1800's. Whichever the case, this is a very interesting old book with several short story "addresses" in it. It is intact, but in used, and antique condition. It does have wear per the pictures.
