Upgraded to AM5 platform as of late and hoping to see if my previous parts will find a good home. The combo includes: Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU, MSI B550 Tomahawk motherboard, 32GB DDR4 3200MHZ ram. The CPU will pair really well up to an RTX 5070 or RX 9070 for 1080p/1440p high refresh rate gaming. Highly recommend a decent cooling solution to avoid thermal throttling as the CPU runs very hot.
1440p native benchmarks with an RX 9070XT:
-Overwatch 2 low settings: 400+ FPS
-Battlefield 6 64 Player low settings: 110-150 FPS
-Black Ops 7 Multiplayer low settings: 200+ FPS
-Cyberpunk 2077 high settings, crowd density medium: 70 FPS
-Counter Strike 2 low settings: 250+ FPS
-Apex Legends low settings: 240+ FPS
-Red Dead Redemption 2 ultra settings: 100+ FPS
The Ryzen 7 box the CPU came in was damaged from shipping. I have a spare Ryzen 5 box in good condition if needed. I will also provide additional photos of the hardware if needed.
