The size and feel are similar to Uniqlo's Super Non-Iron Slim Fit M 39-83.5.
However, in terms of durability, I wore them once a week, and after a year, the Uniqlo shirts started to show yellowing and fraying on the collar, whereas these shirts started to fray on the collar after two years.
This is based on my personal experience, so individual results may vary.
Brooks Brothers shirts have about six pleats on the sleeves, and you can tell it's Brooks Brothers at a glance, so I liked wearing them.
For casual wear, I prefer American-made Brooks Brothers shirts, but for work, the non-iron ones look crisp, so I think these are better.
